Being nice - Site Speed

Happy New Year!

In our quest for trying out new paths to create a nicer web we have now come to site speed.

In our experience a fast web site not only saves bandwidth, money and time for the users, it also requires the team producing the site to really control all aspects and take responsibility of it. Or put differently - site speed correlates to control. Which in turn is the foundation for both quality and security.

So our hypothesis is that a fast web site is more likely to be nice.

From now on we will try to stay as close to a full score on the main site speed measurement frameworks as we can.

You can see how we are doing for example here
